Tri-Plex Center - About
The Tri-Plex center is a 5000 sqft event rental center owned by The Regular Fellows (a group of professional business man). The Tri-Plex Center offers an open dance floor area and table seating for approximately 300 guests. Two bar areas are available, two separate bathroom facilities, tables and chairs are included in the building rental. The outside Pavillion Picnic area is also available for rent and is equipped to hold Concerts and Outdoor Events. The grounds are equipped with a large activity field that can be used for various activities including sports practices.We offer a relaxed atmosphere on approximately 13 acres of secured wooded surroundings and a glimpse of the Dallas Skyline for a site to be seen.
